Chapter 25.94 CONDITIONAL USES
Section 25.94.040 Procedure and standards.
The procedure and standards for obtaining a permit for a conditional use are specified in
Subchapter III of Chapter 25.12. Any conditional use existing as of August 2, 1976, shall be
deemed a permitted conditional use. (Ord. S-30424, 1976)
