Section 26.08.010 Residential loan and grant programs.

Loan and grant programs are likely to be available as sources of funding for rehabilitation and residential improvements within the project area. Where possible and mutually beneficial to all concerned the individual programs may be combined in order to affect rehabilitation of residential structures.
