Section 26.10.020 Election of tax exemptions.

Persons who avail themselves of the tax exemption provided shall be ineligible for revenue bonds as provided for under Section 419.17 of the Code of Iowa. To achieve this end, the city reserves the right to impose a waiver of the tax exemption within any application or proposal for revenue bonds. (Ord. S-43113, 1981)
