Chapter 26.12 CITY SERVICES IN PROJECT AREA
Section 26.12.010 City services in project area.
The city does not propose to substantially expand any city services within the project area. The
city will be improving the public facilities as listed below:
1. Storm and sanitary sewer reconstruction where necessary;
2. Construction or reconstruction of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, alleys and streets
where
necessary;
3. Asphaltic concrete resurfacing and/or carpet-coating of streets;
4. Enlarging Prospect Hill park as part of the bank stabilization program.
No other services are anticipated to be changed; that is, transportation services, garbage
collection or police and fire protection. (Ord. S-40159, 1980)
