Section 26.120.040 Property owners and assessed values.
The Greenville-Kelly Park Urban Revitalization Area consists of the properties contained within the
boundaries described in Section 26.120.010. The required list of names and addresses of the owners
of
record of the real estate within the Greenville-Kelly Park Urban Revitalization Area, as described in
Section
26.120.010 of this plan, and the existing assessed valuations of the real estate in the area, and are
the 2001
values payable in 2002/2003 and are on file in the office of the city clerk. (Ord. 2001-0068)
