Section 26.132.010 Hamilton-Wesley Urban Revitalization Area project description.

In conjunction with Chapters 26.04, 26.08, 26.10 and 26.16 of this title, this plan, and the tax exemption allowed under this plan, is applicable to all residential real property located in the project area. The benefits of this plan apply to the rehabilitation of and additions to existing buildings and to the construction of new buildings.
Boundary of Project Area.  Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the westerly line of Hamilton Boulevard and a point fifty feet (50') north of the center line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, Saint Paul and Pacific Railroad; thence northerly along the westerly line of Hamilton Boulevard to the point of intersection with the south line of W. 1st Street; thence east along the south line of W. 1st Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Hamilton Boulevard; thence northeasterly along the center line of Hamilton Boulevard to the point of intersection with the center line of W. 6th Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of W. 6th Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Panoah Street; thence northeasterly along the center line of Panoah Street to the point of intersection with the center line of W. 14th Street; thence east along the center line of W. 14th Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Geneva Street; thence north along the center line of Geneva Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Perry Creek; thence southeasterly along the center line of Perry Creek to the point of intersection with the west line of Cook Street; thence south along the west line of Cook Street to the point of intersection with the center line of W. 14th Street; thence west along the center line of W. 14th Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Omaha Street; thence south and southwesterly along the center line of Omaha Street to the point of intersection with the center line of W. 9th Street; thence southeasterly along the center line of W. 9th Street to the point of intersection with the center line of 12th Street extended west; thence easterly along the center line of 12th Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Perry Creek; thence South and southeasterly along the center line of Perry Creek to the point of intersection with the Center line of 10th Street extended west; thence east along the extension of the center line of 10th Street and the center line of 10th Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Grandview Boulevard; thence south along the center line of Grandview Boulevard/Pearl Street to the point of intersection with the center line of W. 7th Street; thence northwesterly along the center line of W. 7th Street to the point of intersection with the proposed center line of Wesley Parkway; thence southerly along the proposed center line of Wesley Parkway to a point fifty feet (50') north of the center line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, Saint Paul and Pacific Railroad;  thence westerly along a line fifty feet (50') north of and parallel with said center line to the point of beginning.
