Section 26.132.040 Property owners and assessed values.
The Hamilton-Wesley Urban Revitalization Area consists of the properties contained within the boundaries
described in Section 26.132.010. The required list of names and addresses of the owners of record
of the
real estate within the Hamilton-Wesley Urban Revitalization Area, as described in Section 26.132.010
of
this plan, and the existing assessed valuations of the real estate in the area are the 2002 values payable
in
2003/2004 and are on file in the office of the city clerk. (Ord. 2002-0823)
