Chapter 26.172 NEAR-NORTH II URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA PLAN
Section 26.172.010 Near-North II Urban Revitalization Area project description.
In conjunction with Chapters 26.04, 26.10, 26.12 and 26.16 of this title, this plan, and the tax exemption
allowed under this plan, is applicable to all real property located in the project area. The benefits
of this
plan apply to the rehabilitation and additions to existing buildings and to the construction of new
buildings.
Boundary of Project Area:
Beginning at the point of Perry Creek and the centerline of 12th Street;
thence east along the centerline of 12th Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of
Douglas
Street; thence south along the centerline of Douglas Street to the intersection with the centerline
of 11th
Street; thence east along the centerline of 11th Street to the intersection with the centerline of Pierce
Street;
thence north along the centerline of Pierce Street to the intersection with the centerline of 12th Street;
thence west along the centerline of 12th Street to the point of intersection with the west line of the
north-south alley in Block 64, Sioux City East Addition; thence north along the west line of said north-south
alley
to the point of intersection with the centerline of 14th Street; thence easterly along the centerline
of 14th
Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of Ingleside Avenue; thence northeasterly along
the
centerline of Ingleside Avenue to the point of intersection with the centerline of 16th Street; thence
east
along the centerline of 16th Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of Dale Street;
thence
south along the centerline of Dale Street to the intersection with the centerline of 14th Street; thence
southeasterly and east along the centerline of 14th street to the intersection with the centerline of
Virginia
Street; thence north along the centerline of Virginia Street to the point of intersection with the centerline
of
17th Street; thence west along the centerline of 17th Street to the point of intersection with the centerline

Ingleside Avenue; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Ingleside Avenue to the point of intersection
