Section 26.174.010 Old West Middle Urban Revitalization Area project description.

In conjunction with Chapters 26.04, 26.10, 26.12 and 26.16 of this title, this plan, and the tax exemption allowed under this plan, is applicable to all real property located in the project area. The benefits of this plan apply to the rehabilitation and additions to existing buildings and to the construction of new buildings.

Boundary of Project Area: Lots 1 to 12 inclusive, in Block 11, all in Tredways Addition to Sioux City, in the County of Woodbury and State of Iowa; and Lots 1 and 2, in Block 14, all in Tredways Addition to Sioux City, in the County of Woodbury and State of Iowa; and the vacated north/south alley lying between Lots 4, 5, and 6 and 7, 8, and 9 in Block 11, Tredways Addition; and part of vacated east/west alley lying between Lots 3 and 4 and lying between Lots 9 and 10, in Block 11, Tredways Addition to Sioux City, in the County of Woodbury and State of Iowa.
