Chapter 26.176 EAGLE VIEW ESTATES URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA PLAN
Section 26.176.010 Eagle View Estates Urban Revitalization Area project description.
In conjunction with Chapters 26.04, 26.10, 26.12 and 26.16 of this title, this plan, and the tax exemption
allowed under this plan, is applicable to all real property located in the project area. The benefits
of this
plan apply to the rehabilitation and additions to existing buildings and to the construction of new
buildings.
Boundary of Project Area: A parcel of land described
as being part of the Northwest Quarter
of Section Twelve, Township Eight Nine North, Range Forty Seven West of the 5
th P.M.,
Woodbury County, Iowa, further described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of
the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 12; thence S 0º26 43 W, along the West line
of the
NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of said Section 12 a distance of 20.01 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
continuing on said West line S 0 º26 43 W a distance of 1297.90 feet to the Southwest
corner
of the NW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 12 a distance of 537.72 feet to a point on the Westerly
Right-of-Way line of Primary Road Iowa No. 75; thence N 2 º 53 07 W, along said Right
of
Way line a distance of 910.39 feet; thence continuing along said Right of Way line N 23º40

W, a distance of 431.83 feet; thence N 88º00 39 W, a distance of 308.31 feet to the
Point of
Beginning; said described parcel contains a total of 14.20 acres, inclusive of a Public Roadway
