Section 26.178.010 Trinity Heights Urban Revitalization Area project description.

In conjunction with Chapters 26.04, 26.10, 26.12 and 26.16 of this title, this plan, and the tax exemption allowed under this plan, is applicable to all real property located in the project area. The benefits of this plan apply to the rehabilitation and additions to existing buildings and to the construction of new buildings.
    Boundary of Project Area: All that part of the South ½ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 15, Township 89 North, Range 47 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Woodbury County, Iowa, described as follows:  
    Commencing at the Southwest corner of said South ½ of the Northeast ¼ of said Section 15. Thence North 0° West along the West line of said South ½ of the Northeast ¼ for 60.00 feet to the North right-of-way line of 33 rd Street; thence South 89°59’ 31” East along said North line for 223.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 89° East along said North line for 602.00 feet; thence North 0º02’ 0” West for 98.00 feet; thence North 0º0’ 00” East for 103.00 feet; thence North 42º30’ 00”West for 143.50 feet; thence South 47º30’ 00” West for 198.00 feet; thence North 89º59’ 31” West for 261.00 feet; thence South 0º00’ 00” West for 191.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
