Chapter 26.182 CITY OF SIOUX CITY URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA PLAN
Section 26.182.010 City of Sioux City Urban Revitalization Area Plan.
In conjunction with Chapters 26.04, 26.10, 26.12 and 26.16 of this title, this plan, and
the tax exemption
allowed under this plan, is applicable to all real property located in the project area. The benefits
of this
plan apply to the rehabilitation and additions to existing buildings and to the construction of new
buildings.
