Chapter 26.184 PERRY CREEK URBAN REVITALIZATION PLAN
Section 26.184.010 Perry Creek Urban Revitalization Area project description.
In conjunction with Chapters 26.04, 26.10, 26.12 and 26.16 of this title, this plan, and
the tax exemption
allowed under this plan, is applicable to all real property located in the project area. The benefits
of this
plan apply to the rehabilitation and additions to existing buildings and to the construction of new
buildings.
Boundary of Project Area: Beginning at the point of intersection
of the centerline of W. 19
th
Street and the centerline of Hamilton Boulevard; thence westerly along the centerline of W. 19th
Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of Geneva Street; thence northerly along the
centerline of Geneva Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of W. 21st Street;
thence westerly along the centerline of W. 21st Street to the point of intersection with
the
centerline of Center Street; thence southerly along the centerline of Center Street to the point of
intersection with the centerline of W. 18th Street; thence easterly along the centerline
of West 18th
Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of Hamilton Boulevard; thence northerly
