Chapter 26.185 HAMILTON HEIGHTS URBAN REVITALIZATION PLAN
Section 26.185.010 Hamilton Heights Urban Revitalization Area project description.
In conjunction with Chapters 26.04, 26.10, 26.12 and 26.16 of this title, this plan, and the tax
exemption allowed under this plan, is applicable to all real property located in the project area.
The benefits of this plan apply to the rehabilitation and additions to existing buildings and to the
construction of new buildings.
Boundary of Project Area: Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines of
Hamilton
Boulevard and West 19th Street; thence east along the centerline of West 19th Street to the
intersection with the extended east line of Block 6, Franklins Addition; thence north along the
east line of Block 6, Franklins Addition to the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 6 Franklins
Addition; thence north along the extended east line of Lot 1, Block, 6 Franklins Addition to the
south line of Lot 3, Block 11, Gilman Terrace, Second Filing; thence west along the south line of
Lot 3, Block 11, Gilman Terrace, Second Filing to the southwest corner of said Lot 3, Block 11,
Gilman Terrace, Second Filing; thence north along the west line of said Block 11, Gilman
Terrace, Second Filing to the northwest corner of Block 11, Gilman Terrace, Second Filing;
thence north to the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1, North Sioux City Addition; thence east to
the southwest corner of Lot 12, Block 9, Gilman Terrace Second Filing; thence north along the
west line of Block 9, Gilman Terrace Second Filing to the southwest corner of Block 4, Hedges
Addition to Sioux City; thence north along the west line of Block 4, Hedges Addition to Sioux
City, said line also being the east line of Block 8, Evans Addition, to the north west corner of Lot
9, Twenty Third Street Addition to Sioux City; thence northerly to the southwest corner of Lot 1,
Twenty Third Street Addition to Sioux City; thence north along the west line of Lot 1, Twenty
Third Street Addition to Sioux City, said line also being the east line of Block 4, Evans Addition,
