The Hamilton Heights Urban Revitalization Plan consists of the area contained within the boundaries described in Section 26.185.010. The required list of names and addresses of the owners of record of the real estate within the Hamilton Heights Urban Revitalization Plan, listing the land and building values separately, as provided by the Woodbury County Auditor’s office (2009 values payable in 2010) are on file and available for inspection in the office of the city clerk.
