Section 26.20.040 Official maps.

The location, size, shape and boundaries of the parcels, existing zoning, existing land use and proposed land use established, as they pertain to the Prospect Hill conservation area shall be indicated on the atlas of maps which is entitled "Official Prospect Hill Conservation Area Maps" and shall consist of:
    1. Boundary and Parcel Map, Map No. 1;
    2. Existing Zoning, Map No. 2;
    3. Existing Land Use, Map No. 3;
    4. Proposed Land Use, Map No. 4.
    Said official maps and all notations, references and other information shown thereon shall have the same force and effect as if fully set forth or described herein and by this reference are made a part hereof and such maps, after being adopted by reference as a part of this title, and so certified by the city clerk together with the text, shall be maintained by the city clerk, and such atlas shall be the official Prospect Hill conservation area maps, for purposes of enforcement of this title. Any amendment to said maps shall be promptly and permanently noted on the face of the maps in the custody of the city clerk. A copy of the official Prospect Hill conservation area maps and each amendment shall be filed with the county recorder of the county in which the land is located.  (Ord. S-40159, 1980)
