Section 26.20.050 Property owners and assessed values.
The Prospect Hill conservation area includes Blocks 7, 8, 17, 18, 19, 20, 29, 30, 31, 32, 40, 41,
42 and 43 in Sioux City; Blocks 31, 32 and 33 in Sioux City Davis Addition; and Sioux City
Outlets in Section 29, Township 89, Range 47, in Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa.
The following constitutes the required list of names and addresses of the owners
of record of
real estate within the area and the existing assessed valuation of the real estate in the area, listing
the land and building values separately (as provided by the Woodbury County auditor's office)
and are the 1979 values that are payable in 1980-81. A copy of this list is on file with the office
