Section 26.33.010 Established.

There is established a self-supported municipal improvement district as authorized by Chapter 386, Code of Iowa, to be designated the "Younkers Sioux City Self-Supported Municipal Improvement District," hereinafter referred to as the "district". (Ord. 84/T-3365)
