Chapter 26.33 YOUNKERS SIOUX CITY SELF-SUPPORTED MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
Section 26.33.020 Boundaries of zones.
The district shall be composed of two divisions consisting of all properties within the area of its
two subdistricts, zones I and II, as follows:
1. Zone I. All of Block 14; all of Block 15; all of Block 16, except portions
of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
and 9 occupied by a Younkers Department Store; all of Block 20; all of Block 21; Lots 1, 2, 3, 4,
5 and 6 of Block 22; Parcel B of the replat of Block 23; all in Sioux City East Addition to Sioux
City, Woodbury County, Iowa and one-half of all abutting street and alley rights-of-way.
2. Zone II. All of Block 3; all of Block 4; all of Block 5; all of Block 8;
all of Block 9; all of
Block 10; all of Block 11; all of Block 12; all of Block 13; all of Block 17; Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11
and 12 of Block 22; all of Block 23, except Parcel B of the replat of Block 23; all of Block 24; all
of Block 26; all of Block 27; all of Block 28; Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Block 37; Lots 4, 5, 6, 7,
8 and 9 of Block 38; and Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Block 39; all in Sioux City East Addition to
Sioux City, Woodbury County, Iowa, and one-half of all abutting street and alley rights-of-way.
