Chapter 26.33 YOUNKERS SIOUX CITY SELF-SUPPORTED MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
Section 26.33.050 Determination.
It is determined that the property within the district has the relationship or its owners have the
interest required under subsection 1, paragraph "c" of Section 386.3 of the Code of Iowa,
for
inclusion within the district; and that the District includes all of the property which has such
relationship or the owners of which have such interest. (Ord. 84/T-3365)
