Chapter 26.40 OLD TOWN EAST CONSERVATION AREA PLAN
Section 26.40.010 Old Town East conservation area project description.
Pursuant to Chapter 404 of the Code of Iowa, the area within the following described boundaries
is hereby designated as a revitalization area of the city of Sioux City, Iowa:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Jones Street and the centerline
of Fifth Street;
thence east along the centerline of Fifth Street and the extension thereof to the point of
intersection with the west line of Clark Street; thence south along the west line of Clark Street to
the south line of Fourth Street; thence east along the south line of Fourth Street to a point of
intersection with the easterly line of Hoeven Drive; thence southwesterly along the easterly line
of Hoeven Drive to the point of intersection with the extension of the south line of Third Street;
thence west along the extension of the south line of Third Street and the south line of Third
Street to the point of intersection with the centerline of Jones Street; thence north along the
centerline of Jones Street to the point of beginning; all in the city of Sioux City, Woodbury
