Chapter 26.40 OLD TOWN EAST CONSERVATION AREA PLAN
Section 26.40.020 Conservation area plan adopted.
Pursuant to Sections 403.5 and 404.2 of the Code of Iowa, the Old Town East conservation area
plan is hereby adopted as the official urban renewal plan and revitalization area plan for the Old
Town East conservation area as described in Section 26.40.010 of this code. A copy of the Old
Town East conservation area plan as adopted, and a certified copy of the ordinance codified in
this chapter shall be kept on file in the office of the city clerk for public inspection. The
provisions of Title 26 of this code shall be controlling unless same conflicts with the provisions
of the Old Town East conservation area plan adopted herein in which case said plan shall govern.
