Chapter 26.98 NEAR NORTH URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA PLAN
Section 26.98.010 Near North Urban Revitalization Area Project Description.
In conjunction with chapters 26.04, 26.08, 26.12 and 26.16 this plan, and the tax exemption
allowed under it, is applicable to all commercial and residential real property located in the
project area. The benefits of this plan apply to the rehabilitation and additions to existing
buildings and to the construction of new buildings.
Boundary of Project Area. Beginning at the point of intersection of the
center lines of 14th
Street and Floyd Boulevard; thence northeasterly along the center line of Floyd Boulevard to the
point of intersection with the center line of 27th Street; thence west along the center line of 27th
Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Jones Street; thence north along the
center line of Jones Street to the point of intersection with 27th Street; thence west along the
center line of 27th Street to the point of intersection with Stone Park Boulevard; thence
northwesterly along the center line of Stone Park Boulevard to the point of intersection with the
center line of Douglas Street; thence south along the center line of Douglas Street to the point of
intersection with 24th Street; thence west along the center line of 24th Street to the point of
intersection with the center line of Summit Street; thence south along the center line of Summit
Street to the point of intersection with the south line of 16th Street; thence west along the south
line of 16th Street and W. 16th Street to the point of intersection with the east line of the
north/south alley in Block 10, Clarks Addition; thence south along the east line of said
north/south alley to the point of intersection with the south line of Lot 10, Block 10, Clarks
Addition, extended east; thence west along the extension of the south line of said Lot 10 and the
south line of Lot 10, Block 10, Clarks Addition, to the point of intersection with the west line of
Cook Street; thence south along the west line of Cook Street to the point of intersection with the
center line of W. 14th Street; thence west along the center line of W. 14th Street to the point of
intersection with the center line of Omaha Street; thence south and southwesterly along the
center line of Omaha Street to the point of intersection with the center line of W. 9th Street;
thence southeasterly along the center line of W. 9th Street to the point of intersection with the
center line of W. 12th Street extended west; thence easterly along the center line of W. 12th
Street to the point of intersection with the center line of Perry Creek; thence South and
southeasterly along the center line of Perry Creek to the point of intersection with the center line
of 10th Street extended west; thence east along the extension of the center line of 10th Street and
the center line of 10th Street to the point of intersection with the west line of the north/south
alley between Nebraska and Jackson Streets extended south; thence north along the west line of
the north/south alley between Nebraska and Jackson Street to the point of intersection with the
south line of 11th Street; thence west along the south line of 11th Street to the point of
intersection with the west line of Nebraska Street; thence north along the west line of Nebraska
Street to the point of intersection with the center line of 14th Street; thence east and northeasterly
