Section 26.98.040 Property owners and assessed values.

The Near North Urban Revitalization Area consists of the property contained within the boundaries described in Section 26.98.010. The required list of names and addresses of the owners of record of real estate within the Near North Urban Revitalization Area and the existing assessed valuations of the real estate in the area, and are the 1995 values payable in 1996/97 and are on file in the office of the city clerk.
