This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the "Hotel-motel tax ordinance of the city of Sioux City, Iowa." This chapter is adopted pursuant to the authority of Senate File 336, Sixty-Seventh General Assembly of the State of Iowa, 1978, Regular Session.  (Ord. S-39638, 1980; S-36605, 1978)
