Chapter 3.12 EASTLAND URBAN RENEWAL TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT
Section 3.12.010 Taxes levied.
The taxes levied on the taxable property in the urban renewal project area known as the "Eastland
Urban
Renewal Project Area" legally described in the preamble of the ordinance codified in this chapter,
by and
for the benefit of the State of Iowa, City of Sioux City, Iowa, County of Woodbury, Sioux City Community
School District, and all other taxing districts from and after the effective date of the ordinance codified
in
this chapter shall be divided as set forth in Sections 3.12.020 through 3.12.050. (Ord. 89/T-7999)
