All taxes levied and collected upon the taxable property in the Amended Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Area shall be paid into the funds of the taxing districts as taxes by or for said taxing districts in the same manner as all other property taxes unless or until the total assessed valuation of the taxable property in said Urban Renewal Project Area shall exceed the total assessed value of the taxable property in said Urban Renewal Project Area on January 1, 1996 with respect to each of the Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area No. 7 and the Sioux Gateway Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area; on January 1, 1993  with respect to each of the Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area Nos. 4, 5 and 6; on January 1, 1992 with respect to the Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area No. 3; on January 1, 1991 with respect to each of the Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area Nos. 1 and 2; on January 1, 1990 with respect to the West Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area; and on January 1, 1987 with respect to the Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area.  (Ord. 97/U-5422; 97/U-5271; 94/U-2786; 93/U-1657; 92/U-661; 91/T-9956)
