All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed.  The provisions of this Ordinance are intended and shall be construed so as to continue in force and effect the full implementation of the provisions of Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa and the former Sections of Chapter 3.14 of the Municipal Code of the City of Sioux City and Ordinance Nos. 88/T-7009, 91/T-9956, 92/U-661, 93/U-1657and 94/U-2786 with respect to the division of taxes from property within the existing Sub-Areas of the Amended Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Area, and to provide for the full implementation of the provisions of Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa with respect to the division of taxes from property within the Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area No. 7 and the Sioux Gateway Urban Renewal Project Sub-Area of the Amended Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Area.  In the event that any provision of this Ordinance shall be determined to be contrary to law it shall not affect other provisions or application of this Ordinance which shall at all times be construed to fully invoke the provisions of Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa with reference to said Urban Renewal Project, and each Sub-Area thereof, and the territory therein.  (Ord. 97/U-5422; 97/U-5271; 94/U-2786; 93/U-1657; 92/U-661; 91/T-9956)
