Chapter 3.14 AMENDED DONNER PARK URBAN RENEWAL TAX INCREMENT DISTRICT
Section 3.14.080 Effective date; Termination.
This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law. As to
the West Donner Park Urban Renewal Project Sub-area only, this Ordinance shall terminate and be of no
further force and effect as of the date of termination of the West Donner Park Urban Renewal Project
and
Urban Renewal Plan therefor. (Ord. 91/T-9956)
