Chapter 4.123 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL
Section 4.123.040 Applications - Time of Filing.
Applications for new liquor control licenses, wine permits, or beer permits, together with necessary
documents and fees, must be on file with the City Clerk at least forty-five (45) days before the effective
date
of the new license. Applications for renewal of liquor control licenses, wine permits or beer
permits,
together with the necessary documents and fees, must be presented to the City Clerk at least forty-five
(45)
days prior to the expiration of the prior license. (Ord. 92/U-274)
