Chapter 4.123 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL
Section 4.123.130 Prohibition - Parent or Guardian.
It is unlawful for the parent or guardian of any person under age eighteen to knowingly allow said person
to
enter or remain in any place of business where the sale of beer, wine or liquor constitutes more than
fifty
(50) percent of the gross business transacted therein, unless said person is accompanied by a parent,
guardian or spouse over the legal age, or unless said person is employed therein as an entertainer and
has
obtained a written permit signed by the parent or guardian of said person and the Chief of Police to
be on
