Chapter 4.14 TEMPORARY OUTDOOR CIRCUSES, CARNIVALS, EXHIBITIONS AND SHOWS

Section 4.14.020 License required.

The operator or sponsor of a circus, carnival, exhibition or show shall obtain a license for operation of such event from the city as provided in this chapter.  The application for such license shall be made upon forms supplied by the city and shall be submitted to the city no less than twenty days prior to the opening of such circus, carnival, exhibition or show.
