Chapter 4.14 TEMPORARY OUTDOOR CIRCUSES, CARNIVALS, EXHIBITIONS AND SHOWS
Section 4.14.060 Insurance.
1. No license shall be issued for conducting a circus, carnival, exhibition or show until the applicant therefore has placed on file with the city a certificate or certificates of insurance indicating that there is in effect public liability insurance covering any damages arising out of the use and operation of any and all devices, equipment, automobiles and facilities operated in connection with such carnival or exhibition as follows:
a. Bodily Injury and Property Damage:
$2,000,000 combined single limit per occurrence;
b. Personal Injury:
$300,000.00 each person;
c. Automobile Liability Insurance:
(1) Bodily Injury and Property Damage:
$750,000 combined single limit.
