Section 4.14.080 Prohibition.

1. It shall be unlawful for a person to operate an outdoor circus, carnival, exhibition or show:

a. unless a license therefore shall first be obtained from the city clerk;

b. beyond the dates for which it is licensed as set forth in the license;

c. contrary to the conditions under which the license was granted pursuant to Section 4.14.040.
