Chapter 4.24 THEATERS, MOTION PICTURES AND SHOWS

Section 4.24.030 Requirements for license.

The applicant for a license shall file the application with the city on the forms furnished and pay the required license fee.  Before any license shall be issued, approval will be required from the building inspection department and the fire marshal that such applicant complies with the safety measures provided by the building code and the fire prevention code respectively.
