Section 4.28.060 Exempt sale.

Sales of real estate, personal property, goods, wares or merchandise conducted by federal, state or other officers, and offering such property for sale in obedience to the terms of any legal process, writ, execution or other mandate, and referees, administrators, guardians, or trustees, acting under any special order, decree or judgment of any court, and purebred stock sales or 4-H club sales held under auspices of any livestock or agricultural associations, and a central livestock sales agency and any sale held for a charitable or nonprofit purpose shall not be deemed to be auction sales hereunder.
