Section 4.28.080 Suspension or revocation.

An auctioneer's license may be suspended or revoked at any time for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or the laws of the state or for any cause deemed sufficient by the finance and administrative services director. An appeal of the decision may be taken in the manner set forth in section 2.06.070. Upon suspension or revocation by the finance and administrative services director or affirmance by the city manager on any appeal, such license shall be surrendered by the licensee. Upon revocation of any such license, the licensee shall have no claim or cause of action against the city for the return of any part of the license fee paid to the city.
