Chapter 4.36 SIGN REGULATIONS
Section 4.36.075 Campus Complex Designation Procedures.
The campus complexes may be designated by the zoning officer in districts where the
principal
use is permitted and the facilities are located on a minimum of five acres of property which may
or may not be separated by public rights-of-way .
1. The following information must be submitted to the zoning
officer.
a. Site Plan drawn to scale showing
the location of all the facilities and properties included
in the campus complex.
b. Evidence of property ownership.
c. A comprehensive sign plan showing
the location and size of the structure or sign and a
colored illustration showing the style of copy and design theme.
2. Within five days after receipt of the information, the zoning
officer will forward a written
determination to the applicant.
The boundaries of the campus complex and comprehensive site
plan may be amended in
accordance with the procedure outlined in paragraph one in this chapter.
Prior to installing any signs authorized under this provision,
a zoning permit is required. (Ord.
