Section 4.36.200 Penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating the terms of this chapter shall be guilty of a municipal infraction and punishable pursuant to Section 1.04.100. Any person, firm or corporation convicted of three (3) separate violations of this chapter in any twelve (12) months shall be deemed a habitual violator and the license of any person, firm or corporation so deemed shall be subject to revocation for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months. The word separate shall mean different locations or different signs. (Ord. 88/T-6352)
