The following words when used in this chapter shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them.

    1.    "Secondhand dealer" means a person who engages in the business of purchasing and selling for cash of secondhand goods including antiques.

    2.    "Secondhand goods" means any used personal property except:

    a.    Property purchased and sold for recycling;

        b. Licensable motor vehicles;

        c. Junk as defined in Iowa Code Chapter 306C.  (Ord. 94/U-2470)
