Section 4.40.020 Exemptions.

This chapter shall not apply to casual purchases at garage sales or yard sales and flea markets if the purchase price is less than twenty-five dollars; transactions involving the trade-in of a secondhand good towards the purchase price of a similar article. (Ord. 94/U-2470)
