Chapter 4.44 SALVAGE OPERATORS

Section 4.44.030 License - Application.

Each person desiring a salvage dealer's license shall file an application on forms to be provided by the city setting forth the following information:

    1. The full name and residence of the applicant; and in case of a firm or association, the full names and residences of the members of the firm or association; and in case of a corporation the full names and residences of the officers thereof;

    2. Street address and accurate description of the premises for which the license is desired;

    3. A complete statement of the nature of the business to be carried on. (Ord. 98/U-6342; 84/T-2557)
