Section 4.44.060 License - Issuance and terms.

1. After approval of said application by the chief of the fire prevention bureau and director of building inspection and upon receipt of the required license fee, the city shall issue to the applicant a salvage dealer's license.

2. All licenses issued hereunder shall be numbered numerically in the order issued, and they shall set forth the following information:

a. The name of the licensee;

b. The street address and an accurate description of the business premises or proposed business premises where salvage dealer's activities will be conducted;

c. The fee paid;

d. The expiration date.

3. The licensee shall post the license in a conspicuous place on the licensed premises.

4. No license issued hereunder shall be transferable, and a separate license shall be required for each business premises. ( Ord. 98/U-6342; 84/T-2557)
