The city manager may suspend or revoke any license issued hereunder for any of the following reasons:

    1. The licensee, his agent or employee has been convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter;

    2. The chief of the fire prevention bureau, the director of building inspection or the chief of police has found that the licensee has failed to comply with one or more of the provisions of this chapter or of some other regulation, ordinance or statute, or the licensed premises fail to comply with one or more of the provisions of this chapter or of some other regulation, ordinance or statute, and the licensee has failed to correct such condition within the reasonable time specified by the inspector.  (Ord. 84/T-2557)
