Chapter 4.44 SALVAGE OPERATORS

Section 4.44.090 License - Appeals.

Any applicant who has been denied a license or renewal thereof under this chapter or any licensee under this chapter whose license has been suspended or revoked may appeal to the city manager.  An appeal of the decision may be taken in the manner set forth in section 2.06.070.
