1. The chief of the fire prevention bureau and the director of building inspection, during the period of a salvage dealer's license is in effect, shall inspect all premises licensed hereunder at such intervals as they shall deem reasonable, and at least semiannually, to determine whether or not the premises are being operated and maintained in compliance with all regulations, ordinances and laws the enforcement of which is within their respective jurisdictions.

    2. No person shall prevent, hinder or obstruct or attempt to prevent, hinder or obstruct any city inspector or police officer in the performance of his duties set forth in this chapter.  (Ord. 84/T-2557)
