Chapter 4.52 CHARITABLE SOLICITATIONS
Section 4.52.090 Time limit on soliciting.
It is unlawful for any person to telephone or go upon any premises and ring the doorbell
upon or
go near any door located thereon, and rap or knock upon any door or create any sound in any
other manner calculated to attract the attention of the occupant, for the purpose of securing an
audience with the occupant thereof and engage in soliciting as herein defined, prior to nine a.m.
or after nine p.m. Monday through Saturday, or at any time on a Sunday or on a state or national
holiday. Hours of solicitation may be further limited by posting notice as provided in Section
