1. When any registered solicitor utilizes door-to-door or street corner solicitation it shall provide each soliciting agent with a form of identification which states:

        a. The name, address and telephone number of the registered solicitor;

        b. The name of the soliciting agent except that no person under the age of sixteen years shall be required to carry identification.

    2. The soliciting agent shall have such identification on his/her person at all times while soliciting and shall present such identification upon request.  (Ord. 85/T-3696)
