Chapter 4.56 SALES REGULATIONS AND TRANSIENT MERCHANTS

Section 4.56.060 License - Issuance.

If the application contains a complete statement of the information required and all materials are submitted, the city shall issue, upon posting of the bond required by Section 4.56.100 of this chapter, a license and charge a fee therefor determined by Section 4.56.070 of this chapter.  The license issued herein shall not be transferable.  There shall be no refund of the license fee.
