Section 4.56.070 License – Fees.

 Any person desiring to obtain a license, or renew an existing license shall make application to the city clerk.  Prior to submitting such application for a license, or renewal of a license, a nonrefundable fee shall be paid to the city treasurer to defray, in part, the cost of the investigation and report required by this chapter.  The city treasurer shall issue a receipt showing that such application or renewal fee has been paid.  The receipt, or a copy thereof, shall be supplied to the city clerk at the time such application is filed.  The fee schedule is as follows:

    1. Blanket license.

        a. Single event blanket license, $50.00;

        b. Blanket annual license, $100.00;

    2. Transient Merchants license.
        a. Up to three months, $35.00;
        b. Up to six months, $70.00;

        c. Up to one year, $140.00.

    3. Duplicate license, $2.00.

    4. All annual license fees shall be prorated on a quarterly basis and the license shall expire December 31 of each year. (Ord. 2002-0667; 2001-0340; 98/U-6342; 92/U-726; 85/T-3757)
